Re: [1.0.1.108]Misplaced planet selector.
Did you notice the little chain like icons on the very top right of each of these sections? It appears from your screenshot that they are currently unlocked. This means that you can move them where you want by simply holding down the mouse button and dragging. When you get them where you want click ...

Re: Some newbi questions
Also one major pet peeve that I have with the game has to do with trading as it doesn't exist. I know that I can "demand" techs and removal of ships but the only trading that occurs happens behind the scenes and seems to involve credits but it's hard to get a handle on that with no report...

Re: Some ideas
Thank you for clarifying this.When it comes to building limits, its like this:
Small = 8
Medium = 9
Large = 10
Huge = 11
Homeworlds are unique in build limits, huge size homeworlds give 14 slots instead of 11.

Re: Engines and all the stuff around them
Supply bays take 20 space and you can have 8 of them max, as you have no more slots for special equipment. 1 supply bay does +5 turns for a scout. 1 supply bay does +2 turns for a transport. 1 supply bay does +1 turns for a cruiser. 1 supply bay does +0.5 turns for a mothership. Thank you for clari...

Re: How can I invade or destroy a defended colony? (v1.0.1.1
So, only planetary defense buildings count as a colony's defenses against invasion. This of course means that only missile bases, and planetary beams , and the planetary shield but this would also mean that there is a small visual or game play bug. (testing now) ------------------edit--------------...

Re: Engines and all the stuff around them
For most engines researching logistics gives you more range than researching engines teck. Higher tech levels only increase the speed at which a ship travels through the galaxy, but as you say, logistics is what actually determines how far it can go. Think of it like a drag race - no matter how fas...

Re: How can I invade or destroy a defended colony? (v1.0.1.1
I have found that shipyards are very fragile. Anyway , I am curious about this so I guess whoever finds out first about the planetary defenses (the planet's green circle) can post back. I bet this will work when there is just a shipyard as they have no real offensive/defensive value (only shields). ...

Re: How can I invade or destroy a defended colony? (v1.0.1.1
If you hover your mouse on a planet during combat it is shown as a thick green circle around the planet with 9999 all around. When these defences are gone, and there's draw or victory for you, you can invade no matter how many enemy ships or orbital structures are left (really, don't destroy shipya...

Re: How can I invade or destroy a defended colony? (v1.0.1.1
Can I enter the combat view to destroy the enemy ships that are defending the planet (and the planetary defence)? How? Assemble your fleet then move it into the sector you wish to attack. Once your ships have arrived into the sector on the galactic map hover your mouse over the sector , and there s...

Re: Engines and all the stuff around them
I honestly think that the turning ability should be an entirely different technology. A simple thruster that can be damaged in combat (the more damage the less you could turn) and the same with engines (the more damage they take the less you go forward). At present, both turning and moving forward a...

Re: terraforming
Ok , here is how you use terraforming. Pull up any planet except one that is toxic and next to "ecological control" there will be a small arrow that you can click. This will cycle through until it finally reaches terraform. Please note you must first clean a toxic planet before you can ter...
