ISN: No blank screens in announcements

In most ISN announcements we have some kind of wallpapers next to the announcer showing two pictures of the reported issue. But not so when there is an announcement about a new alliance or a new war. As I'm a visual guy and I rather look at the pictures than reading the text (picture is much quicker for me) I'm sad to find the screens blank in such an important case.

My suggestion is: For every announcement concerning change in race relations add the empire logos of the connected races to the blank screens. So if Humans and Barsig become allies I see green and pink and a white dove. When Tantik and Barbeck go to war I see their logos associated with a tank or a firing ship or something like that.

I know it's a minor change but it would support the nice cinematics you already have in the game (like colonizing, meeting new races - I find that very cool).
