Trying to bombard an enemy world with heavy crystal cannons and regular cannons. Every time I fire, it says "miss". Miss? A planet? Every shot? The guns Tech level is 10, and my targeting is at least 5-6.
The enemy has a 'no trespassing' diplomacy thing on my for a few turns, yet I'm still in there knocking on his planet with my cruisers. Could that be bugging my ability to hit them?
