Building megacities under domes, sealed from the environment of the planet isn't terraforming. That wasn't the case in ascendency either. There you built endless domes, their "terraforming" just added new places to add buildings. Of course, a megacity which environment controls I can't man...

Another issue: Why is it that you can only flight first, then shoot? After shooting, there's no movement possible.

Back on the galaxy map, I tell the transports to head to the next base. Result: they ignore it and go on "chasing" cruisers which happen to be in the neighborhood. What happens is if they are attacked they will defend themselves but when you order a move they won't initiate the attack. Ho...

Makes sense to me. Even if the troops where not "paid" in Credits, they need to eat, sleep, need equipment, training etc. All resulting in costs the one or the other way.

Yeah, but that's a point they never really made clear. I understood that the confederation doesn't use money at all, it's some kind of working communism. Money is used only for external trade. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

In MoO2, you had Warp dissipators to slow others down and to give you time to get a response fleet in place. But fighting took place always in a solar system. They forced you to attack at the enemies colony because they wanted to avoid that you kill the fleet and the colony in seperate fights. When ...
