Returning to Horizon and attempting to run through tutorial. I am unable to get any tactical screen other than the system map to display. I was able to do a pretty good job of editing the MOO3 files as well.
This is why I asked. I found some XML files, but not what I was looking for.

Why do the harken ( crystal people) out baby make the rest of the races? I assume that since they
seem to expand easily and out perform everyone.
Is there an editable file somewhere with the races stats?

I realize that fleets are not capable of huge numbers of ships. (Moo3 had 36 ships in fleets with modding) But would it be possible to assign the fleet ships to pickets, support and core sub groups? Just a thought. Gives my ship building a purpose driven life.

Please fix the diplomacy to not ask to become "allied", form alliances, become friends with benefits..... seemingly with each turn. I am one of those 4X players that will almost never ally with anyone. Because your allies will (everytime) pull some stupid stunt and ask you to go to war for...

Will this be moddable? The more moddable the better.
Is the Diplomacy section robust? Have plans to make it so?
What level of automation is possible? What's the smallest amount
of micromanagement we players have to put up with?
