i'd really like more information about the different battles BEFORE the rounds start. That is essentially the issue though? There are no different battles, the combat turn is for the entire galaxy at the same time - with different sectors able to fly into any engagements in neighbouring sectors and...

Not sure if this should be discussed in the gameplay section instead, but it's getting really frustrating to have the AI demand I stop firing at them when it is shooting at my unarmed scout ship at another species homeworld.. (Or, even worse, when my ship is orbiting my own planet in a shared system...
