Minor inconsistency
The Particle Cannon text in tech_text.xml sais it has 10 - 15 damage, but the weapon stats in tech_stats.xml under Particle Beam sais it has 5 - 15 damage. This can be seen in game if you play as the Tantik.

Thanks for fixing the minor issues, some developers don't consider minor issues to be important.
Another minor issue, the "Build Costs" -% reduction on Totalitarian and Unification governments doesn't seem to be working.
Edit: Also if you start the game with Auto Repair Bots, ships designs will have them already installed making some designs have -30 available space and they're predesigns so they're buildable. And small ships have them preinstalled also, but small ships can't have auto repair bots, even if you accomplish to get the 30 space for them.

Should all be working as intended now. Thanks for reporting them.
Note that this will no longer happen with player ships but AI ships can still start with the tech, via template. This is kind of an exception but it leaves the door open for AI races to have some unique stuff.
