Stargate

Hi,
in one of my first sessions, I was able to build Stargates, Robot Factories etc.
Now, playing my actual game, I`m not.
It`s not the problem, i`ve not invented Stargates so far. All techs are done and level 10, but no stargate is seen. So, what is needed to be done, to be able to build stargates ?

At the moment it is only possible to build Stargates if you are lucky with digging. You can only find those building upgrades from archaeological digs. So in some games you will find those upgrades and in some you will not.

Well, its how it is, sometimes you are lucky, sometimes you are not.
