Has anything changed in tactical?

Returning to Horizon and attempting to run through
tutorial. I am unable to get any tactical screen other than
the system map to display. I am attempting to have my
assault ship assault the probe in Pluto and there is just no
way it will cooperate. Has anything changed ? Is there a
hot key I have forgotten ? How do I assault the probe when
my assaulter refuses ? It is in orbit around Pluto(assaulter).

What gives?

Have you tried clicking on a sector (Sol) then clicking "Engage sector" (it'll be right on top of the selection bracket) and then ending turn?

Operator error. Double clicking on Sol takes me to the system map not to tactical.
As stated above: single click "Engage Sector" then end turn.

Nothing to see here. Move along.
