More Info On Research

I'm just exploring the research screen for the first time... perhaps it's just the first tier of techs, but I'd like to see more explicit information about what each project actually does for me in the game.

Min-maxers are going to do what they do (and I'm at peace with my own inner power-gamer, even though it doesn't rule me). You can't stop it, and getting in their way, if indeed the lack of explicit information is intended to do that, will only frustrate them (which is a Bad Thing).

Right clicking on the tech will give you some additional information about the tech, is that what you were missing?

Ah, yes, thank you. I'd noticed more information when i clicked on the discovery or breakthrough messages, but couldn't figure out how to get to it otherwise.
