May be that I haven't understood "Abstain" - choice correctly (English is not my native language), but if you have quite lot of voices, doesn't abstain be enough to get "No winner" - situation?

I should have been more precise. I think that i could have got several times election victory because I 'own' most of the voices (60 - 90%), but I allways abstain. I play 'last man standing'.
So, if you change it, I don't care, but for me it's also good as it is now.

If the ship you like to rename is 'inside' (connected) to the fleet, you have to remove it first from fleet, rename it and put it back to fleet.Jynks wrote:you can rename the fleet, but not the ships themselves. I haven't tried the refit thing.

Terraforming increases the capasity of planet: more people => more food needed => more industry via more workforce => etc etc.
Refitting
Not a big issue but any how...
When Refitting (=changing old desing to new one) for ship/fleet, "Fleet" tab => "Orders" column should include command "Refitting", not "Waiting orders" ("Waiting orders" means that not ANY order given).

This is why I always build a missile base as a minimum on my planets. It allows you to at least defend against attack, and might give you the time you need to get ships to get your ships into position to help with defence. Me too. Either Starbase or Missile Defence. Yes, I agree that it takes a long time to get buildt a good fleet. With my current game it took little over 300 rounds...
But it matches well with my (current) strategy with slow start (at bottom all the time before I'll get my first 10 mothersip fleet buildt), but after that...
